I’m Makesha Jones, a wife, mother, and multi-passionate entrepreneur based in Tyler, Longview, and Dallas Texas. With over 20 years in the beauty and business industries, I’ve built my life around helping people transform — from the chair to their credit report, from their mindset to their legacy.

As a Master Barber, Barber & Cosmetology Instructor, and Certified Hair Replacement Specialist (NSG & DreamCatchers), I provide advanced solutions for hair loss, scalp health, and non-surgical hair replacement at my MJ Hair Loss & Scalp Health Clinic. My passion for beauty extends beyond the salon — it’s ministry, its healing, and it’s about helping people regain confidence.

Alongside my husband Adrian, I co-own A&M Transport & Cleaning, serving Tyler, Longview, and East Texas with professional moving, transport, and janitorial services. I’m also the Founder of Jones Innovations, where I empower individuals and entrepreneurs through credit repair, business funding, financial coaching, and life insurance services.

I’m more than a businesswoman — I’m a mentor, motivational speaker, and advocate for mental health and substance abuse and alcohol recovery. I hold a certification as a Sobriety Coach. My mission is simple: to inspire, to educate, and to create opportunities for growth and legacy. Whether in the classroom, the salon, or the community, I pour into others with the belief that from pain comes power, and from vision comes victory.
